This 2 bedroom villa is located in Peyia, a few minutes drive away you have Coral Bay Beach, which offers a wide selection of exclusive bars and restaurants along a beautiful golden sandy beach.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel cooking appliances, everything is provided for self catering. A washing machine can also be found in the kitchen. The dining room is directly next to the kitchen, with space for six people.

In the living area couches face a plasma screen with a DVD player (region 2) with a selection of DVD’s to choose from and a satellite receiver. The French door in the sitting room displays a superb view of the pool.

The master bedroom has a double bed and has 2 balconies above the swimming pool. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 balcony above the back garden. There is also one mobile bed available for use.

The private swimming pool is located in the front garden.

Air conditioning and heating are provided in every room.
